Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

MeraCXO is a digital service platform that provides AI-powered business advisory consultations through virtual CXO advisors. Users can access services through subscription packs, legacy credits, or one-time purchases (IdeaForge). This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations.

2.2 IdeaForge

IdeaForge is a one-time purchase of ₹699 + 18% GST (₹825 total) for a 6-page AI-generated business plan. No account is required.

3. Subscription Refund Policy

Important: Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

  • Subscription packs are activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • Once activated, the subscription amount is non-refundable, regardless of usage.
  • Unused Deep Reports or Board Reports do not carry over to the next cycle.
  • You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 45-day cycle.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Credit Pack Refund Eligibility

4.1 Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • No credits from the purchased pack have been used.
  • The payment was successfully processed (not pending or failed).

4.2 Partial Refund

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Some credits from the purchased pack have been used.
  • Refund will be calculated as: Purchase Price - (Used Credits x Per-Credit Price)

4.3 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Request made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • All credits from the purchased pack have been consumed.
  • Account was suspended or terminated due to Terms violation.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated advisory content (as AI responses may vary).
  • Complimentary signup bonus credits (3 free credits).

5. IdeaForge Refund Policy

  • IdeaForge purchases are non-refundable once the business plan has been generated.
  • If the plan generation fails due to a technical error on our end, a full refund will be processed automatically.
  • If payment was debited but no plan was generated, contact us for immediate resolution.

6. GST on Refunds

All prices include 18% GST. When a refund is processed:

  • The refund amount includes the proportionate GST component.
  • GST paid on non-refundable portions (consumed credits, activated subscriptions) is not refundable.
  • A credit note will be issued for all refunds as required under GST regulations.

7. Service Issues

In the event of technical failures or service issues:

  • Failed Consultation: If a consultation fails due to a technical error on our end (server error, AI service outage), the credit will be automatically refunded to your account balance. For subscription users, the report allocation will be restored.
  • Payment Failure: If your payment was debited but credits/subscription were not activated, contact us immediately. We will verify with Razorpay and either activate your purchase or process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

8. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel auto-renewal from the Plans page in your dashboard at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing only — your current cycle remains active until expiry.
  • After cancellation, you retain access to all features until your current 45-day cycle ends.
  • If you wish to close your account entirely, any remaining unused credits will be subject to the refund policy above.
  • Account deletion requests can be made by contacting support.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@vedatricks.com with the subject line: "MeraCXO Refund Request"
  2. Include the following details:
    • Your registered email address
    • Transaction/Order ID (from Razorpay receipt)
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Review Period: 1-2 business days from request submission.
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Bank Credit: May take an additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
